The items will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. The delivery time indicated at the time of registration of the order is just indicative and should not be considered as a guarantee. Consequently, the reasonable delay in the delivery of the goods cannot open to the customer the right to: the award of damages and interests; the cancellation of the order.

The transport risk is entirely the responsibility of the customer. In the event that goods are missing or damaged during transport, the customer must express all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the goods concerned. The said reservations must, however, be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter AR.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

CUT FOR MEN (C4M) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Cut for Men is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
