IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR USA CUSTOMERS
Due to a recent change in U.S. import rules, the de minimis exemption (duty-free threshold) for low-value goods is being removed starting August 29, 2025. This means all products entering the U.S. will now be subject to tariffs, including duties and processing fees.
To make sure there are no surprises for our customers, we have temporarily adjusted our shipping costs and removed the free-shipping option for all U.S. orders. The good news: With this update, we are now sending all U.S. orders via UPS for a quick and hassle free delivery using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means you won’t have to pay any additional taxes, duties, or fees—everything is included at checkout We appreciate your patience as we navigate these changes and are committed to keeping your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Expedition
The items will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. The delivery time indicated at the time of registration of the order is just indicative and should not be considered as a guarantee. Consequently, the reasonable delay in the delivery of the goods cannot open to the customer the right to: the award of damages and interests; the cancellation of the order.
The transport risk is entirely the responsibility of the customer. In the event that goods are missing or damaged during transport, the customer must express all the necessary reservations on the order form upon receipt of the goods concerned. The said reservations must, however, be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery, by registered letter AR.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
CUT FOR MEN (C4M) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
